Focus: Detailed strategic planning
Working with Massachusetts state Senator Stan Rosenberg, Hunter Higgs designed a five-year advocacy plan for NYS Arts, a statewide advocacy and service organization in New York. Hunter Higgs and Rosenberg conducted telephone interviews and worked in close consultation with staff and the board of directors to produce a detailed strategy that identified challenges, goals and solutions, and facilitated a board training session to set the organization’s priorities.
